The Stockton Police Department along with the, Plainville P.D., Rooks S.O., Osborne S.O., Smith S.O., Phillips S.O. and the Hill City P.D. have joined together to form the North Central Kansas Drug Task Force. The task force is comprised of a five person board of directors that oversee all investigations, spending and day to day operations. An investigator from each agency that focuses primarily on task force investigations and activities. An 11 person Certified Clan Lab team. A part time tactical team called HEAT, Hostile Environment Assault Team. This team is made up of seventeen officer from various participating agencies. Nine of these officer have attended the 40 hour tactical operations course put on by countermeasure tactical. (This is an AWESOME course!!)
